I am a travel agent and the credits my clients had on a previous reservation were communicated that they would be moved and they were not. The assessed penalties and did not make my clients whole. I will no longer use them as a vendor and will be seeking legal counsel to rectify this situation.

I have been waiting 68 days for a refund! Thousands of dollars. Unacceptable!

Booked an all inclusive to Jamaica Riu…

Booked an all inclusive to Jamaica Riu in Ocho Rios for May 27th 2020 with my parents . Due to Covid the vacation was cancelled and my parents were compensated in 3 months . I was told payments were credited to my account in 2 separate payments, one in June 2020 and one in July 2020. I did not receive either.
I went to my bank to pull up all my transactions and there was no record of either payment being made.
I contacted Vacations To Go and was told to call Funjet , which I called on a regular basis ...was kept on hold for over an hour every time ,tenth call was disconnected
$1200 is my hard earned money and I refuse to let them get away with this fraudulent event.
I am writing this review to create a paper trail that will be used in court if need be

DO NOT USE this company

DO NOT USE this company. a group of us purchased a trip that was canceled due to COVID. We are still trying to get our money back. Horrible customer service.

Please do not book with this company

Please do not book with this company! I've never heard of this company and the travel agent I used to book my trip was referred to me! American Airlines cancelled my trip on 5/20/20 and I was told I would receive a refund within 60 days! When I reached out to the travel agent she's now telling me it could be 90 days before I receive my money back! This is a horrible company! Run don't book! I'm disgusted! I want my money back Funjet!!!!!
